Refund Policy
Shopping online should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 45 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
PLEASE NOTE ALL RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE (Choose the "Free Return" option at shipping checkout to have a return label provided and your return shipping cost voided.) If you do not choose this option, you are responsible for shipping the item back at your own cost in addition to restocking fees.
Exceptions for this restocking fee only occurs when there are shipping problems with your order or if there was any fault of our behalf from getting the item(s) to the customer. Such cases in which exceptions may be granted include: item damage upon arrival, wrong item sent, used item condition, etc... Shipping
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
- Average transit times to the United States: 5 - 22 Business days
- Average transit times with Express Shipping: 3-5 Business days
- Average transit times to International: 10 - 45 Business days
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be situations and delays that our carriers may experience. For this very reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Morealis does not cover the cost for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 2-3 business days.
Usually, it takes about 4-10 business days for the item(s) to get back to our facilities. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY RECIEPTS IN YOUR ORDER. WE WILL BE USING THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON THE LABEL TO VERIFY YOUR RETURN. Once we start inspections, it usually takes about 24 hours for us to process your return into the system.
Once your return is processed in our system, you will receive an email from us saying that your return has been processed and that you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it can take 5-10 business days for your banks or credit card companies to process the credit and to have it appear back in your bank account.
If your original payment method still did not receive the credit back from us, feel free to message us at support@morealis.co with the subject line: "CREDIT NOT PROCESSED", order #. Please also mention how long the refund has been initiated for. From there, we'll double check if there were any errors on our systems and help you get your credit back to your original payment method.
Changed your mind?
If for any reason you changed your mind and decided you do not want your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund within 12 hours of your purchase. Once 12 hours has gone up, our team may have processed your order and we may be unable to cancel your order immediately. However, once you receive your item, you have 45 days to return your item to us (please make sure you return the item in its original condition) and you will receive a full refund. If the item arrives damaged or not in original condition (evidence will be provided), we have the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% depending on the severity of the issue. All communication will be properly communicated via support@morealis.co.
(Choose the "Free Return" option at shipping checkout to have a return label provided and your return shipping cost voided.) If you do not choose this option, you are responsible for shipping the item back at your own cost in addition to restocking fees (if applicable).
Item arrived damaged?
If your item arrived damaged or is broken from transit, please send us evidence immediately to support@morealis.co. Once your evidence is identified and approved, we may or may not send you a return label to return the item back to our facilities. If a return label is provided, customer is responsible for returning the faulty item back to our warehouse for proper inspection. If a return label is not provided, customer does not need to send the item back to us and may keep the item.
In terms of the replacement item, we will issue a replacement product sent to you within 1-2 business days free of charge. Morealis will take responsibility for shipping damage negligence. If you have used the item and damaged the item while using it, depending on your case and severity of the issue, we may or may not accept your inquiry (depending on the damage).
Parts missing?
If your item received parts that are missing, please contact us immediately at support@morealis.co and we will get you a replacement and the rest of the parts sent to you right away.
Product Never Arrived? (if applicable)
We understand how important it is for you to get your product so please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be successfully automated in our systems.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first as there is no way for us to track the return package.
We have a warehouse that handles our returns. If a product was returned and we cannot verify the return, there will be no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please reach out to us to submit a return claim.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Payment Options
Currently, we are using Stripe and Paypal as our payment gateways. We currently accept credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, American Express.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Note, it may take 4-7 business days for refunds to be displayed on your account.
If the time period has expired and still no credit has been issued, please contact support@morealis.co to follow up.
After that, we will contact your bank and figure out for you. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and we ask you for your patience and we will get back to you as soon as we can at support@morealis.co.
Exchanges (if applicable)
The fastest and most efficient exchange is to return the item you purchased from our store, receive credit back for your original purchase and then make another purchase on our store.
We understand you may want your exchange faster, so here's what we can do to help speed up the exchange process:
1. Email us with the subject line: "EXCHANGE, order #" and state in your body of text the reason for the exchange. If it was any fault on our behalf, please let us know as soon as possible so we can fix our mistakes.
2. Please allow us 24-48 hours to get back to you. Once we verify your exchange inquiry, you can ship the item back to us. If there was any fault or error on our behalf, return shipping costs will be paid for. If there is no error on our end, all return shipping costs is the responsibility of customers.
3. Make sure to keep note of your tracking number and be ready to provide back to us via email. Once we verify your tracking is being sent to our return address, we will provide you process your order and provide the refund back to your original payment method. Please note it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to put back the money in the account. For more information, please see above.
